Alpenglow Bakehouse

Welcome

Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Alpenglow Bakehouse was born from a love of simple ingredients, slow mornings, and the quiet magic of freshly baked bread.

Alpenglow is the soft, rosy light that touches the mountain peaks at sunrise and sunset — a fleeting glow that reminds us to pause and savor the moment. That same warmth is what I try to bring to every loaf I bake.

My love for bread began years ago while living in Germany, where mornings often started with a walk to the local bakery for fresh rolls still warm from the oven. The simplicity of that ritual — bread, butter, coffee, and stillness — stayed with me long after I returned home.

What began as a personal escape from my busy life as a nurse has become something I can’t help but share. Alpenglow Bakehouse is part of my life off shift — a space where I celebrate the small, grounding joys that fill the hours between work and rest.

Each loaf is hand-shaped, naturally fermented, and baked in small batches to bring warmth, comfort, and connection back to the table. Every loaf is baked fresh each week — never rushed, never frozen — and ready for pickup in downtown Denver, near Coors Field (exact address provided after order confirmation).

Because great bread takes time — and sharing it is the best part.

Because everyone deserves that feeling of comfort — the scent of bread in the air, a slice still warm from the oven, and a moment of quiet joy in the middle of a busy day.

From my mountain kitchen to your home — welcome to Alpenglow.

🌅 Soft Launch Sale 🌅

I’m so excited to finally share that Alpenglow Bakehouse is officially up and running! 🥖✨

To celebrate this soft launch (and to thank you for being here from the start), all loaves are 50% off through the end of the year!

This is my trial run to fine-tune the process — there may be a few little hiccups along the way as I get everything running smoothly, but I promise each loaf will still be baked with care, love, and that signature Alpenglow touch.
